Characteristics of the New Disciple (continued)

11. The normal things a New Disciple does: He heals the sick, he casts out demons, he receives all kinds of communication from heaven like visions, dreams he does creative miracles, he walks on water, he raises the dead, he multiplies provision, he is transported by faith  and accomplishes kingdom work. He can visit and enjoy the communion of saints in the spirit. The New Disciple is ministered by his fellow servants the Holy angels and the cloud of witnesses who are constantly ther to help him for they are part of his team.

12. The New Disciples's DNA is constantly getting transformed to resemble Jesus and like Jesus be transfigured into His likeness with the brightness of His glory. Other than that he is so familiar with Heaven and the family in heaven.

13. The New Disciple walks with eyes opened to both realms, earth and heaven.

13. The New Disciple is the channel for Gods glory to flow out through his spirit , soul and body like a river.

14. The New Disciple manifests the gifts of the Spirit, his life bears the fruit of the spirit.

15. The New Disciple can redeem time in other words he can engage in an enormous task in less time

16. The New Disciple walks in discernment of the physical and the spiritual environments around him.

17. The New Disciple brings justice to the oppressed, for he knows the protocols of the courts of Heaven.

18. The New Disciple is radical and his kind of Church activity is doing the will of the Father and with the community who Knows the Father deeply.

This is just a small list of the characteristics of the New Disciple for now. More will be added shortly.

Some of you are wondering is this kind of life possible? Yes my beloved New Disciple, Our Lord Himself said, all things are possible to them that believe. All the above characteristics were demonstrated by our Lord and He said greater than these we will do.

 So, if you believe and do not doubt His word, you too can begin to live out the above characteristics experientially, even as I am too yearning to walk in them and be the salt and light of the earth.

God is raising a New Brand of radical Disciples, who will live out this normal life demonstrating His kingdom. Will we be part this group?


In the coming blogs we will learn how to walk in them, a step by step approach. So lets keep hungering and thirsting for more and the Lord shall surely satisfy our longing.

When I was a kid I used to see a lot of movies. I liked Hindi films although did not understand the dialogues since I was a southerner. I liked particularly the movies where the hero bashes the villain(s) and rescues and brings justice to the innocent. 'Everyday' the new Sunday

Radical New Disciple Thinking -1 : Our Lord is calling out His people to come out of the Sunday Christianity mentality.  The real Christianity happens outside the four walls, manifesting his kingdom at home, at school, at the office, in your business, at the mall and on the streets. Jesus wants to be made visible every where. Unfortunately the lukewarm church says come in and stay in, but Jesus says go out into all the world and make disciples. He wants everyone to know His unconditional love, forgiveness and experience His power. Remember the New Disciple Sunday is all about bringing Jesus into your world everyday. Come out my people out of this bondage that has limited you. He is calling His people to step out in courage and set the captives free. The Starting Point

Ephesians 1:3 KJV Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ: Just as Adam and Eve the old creation  were placed in a place of blessing right from day one, so we the New Creation begin our journey from the place of blessing. That's what the above  verse says. For Adam it started off on the  external but for the New Creation the unfathomable blessing is joined to and placed within our spirit. We can simply state it as the very Glory of God, His presence now rests in the inner most part of our being.  Can we pause for a moment and try to understand the implication of this verse.
