The Starting Point

Ephesians 1:3 KJV
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ:

Just as Adam and Eve the old creation  were placed in a place of blessing right from day one, so we the New Creation begin our journey from the place of blessing. That's what the above  verse says. For Adam it started off on the  external but for the New Creation the unfathomable blessing is joined to and placed within our spirit. We can simply state it as the very Glory of God, His presence now rests in the inner most part of our being. 

Can we pause for a moment and try to understand the implication of this verse. Its like taking all the wealth in this world and placing it your house and this is just weak example of the spiritual riches we possess within our spirit. Our journey begins when we begin to understand this blue print which Is Christ in us the potential for this  Glory to be manifested through our lives.

The difficulty is not in believing that this verse is from the Bible, but the difficulty lies in that we are unable to comprehend and believe that this glory can to be manifested in and through us powerfully.

So today if we who are His disciples do not manifest the Christ kind of life, glory and mighty works on this earth then it's understood that we too have fallen short of manifesting this glory,  the real reason as to why His glory was given  to us in the first place.

There is much to discuss in the forth coming posts about how we can learn to allow this glory to flow through us. No, it's not rocket science but does require us to renew our mind and stay on course.

Hi New Disciple, we are continuing the 'Torn Veil' theme for a few more days. We were discussing how the Glory of God quickens the dead back to life. Today another story from the Old Testament found in 2 Kings 13. To cut the story short  Elisha's bones quickens a dead body back to life. Now you are asking me a question and I knew it was coming. So you are asking me if Elisha's bones quickened a dead person to life then why did he die in the first place? Thanks for asking that brilliant question. Let me give you an example, lets say a person owned a pharmacy and one day he got very sick to the point of death and had no knowledge of a medicine sitting on his shelf that had the curative ability to heal him? Please tell me what good the medicine would do just by sitting there unless it was accessed and used? Zilch I suppose. Look 2018

We are about to Step into 2018. Whats on God's calendar for 2018? As I asked this question, I sensed these thoughts immediately,  "look 18" so i turned to the Gospel of Luke Chapter 18. There was much in there but to condense it to a few points. 2018 will be a year when God's people will learn to release power from the secret place. Its a year our adversary will flee from an ordinary foot soldier. Its a year of acceleration. Its a year where the Church will have the opportunity to believe and receive the wonders of God with a child like faith and yet behave like sons. Its a year where the impossible will be made possible. Overall its good news for God's people even, when bad things can happen all over the world we can walk under the shadow of His wings. Step In and Step Out

What is Faith ?   This is my definition. Faith is Stepping In and Stepping Out into the reality freely given to us by God. So what is that reality? It is the Kingdom of God within us, since it's a reality and a dimensional place where God is and all the resources of Heaven is then that means we can go there whenever we want to. We can go to our Fathers house not when we die but now while we are still living.  Jesus said I see what my Father is doing and that I do. So, likewise the New Disciples too have access to this heavenly dimension. For example Jesus was talking to Nicodemus one evening and said that He is in heaven while still speaking to him. Jesus was in the flesh on the earth and He was also in Heaven at the same time. Our Lord was displaying the true nature of the Kingdom and the nature of the New Creation, to be at two places at the same time.
